Meditation

Some people don’t think they “believe” in meditation. That’s fine because it’s not a religion. Meditation is about clarity and having moments of silence. When you hear “QT” we usually think of quality time… I think of quiet time! If you don’t already, take some time out each day to simply be silent. Think about nothing at all and simply let your mind free. Take deep breaths in and allow your exhales to help you to release all negativity and challenges. I like to write about mine after. Don’t forget to date them. Cool to look at over time. So go ‘head, try it this weekend… get your quiet time on! Meditate. Post how it goes… it’s NOT easy. Keep at it!
