VV Pause??

Mia Piper at 1:27pm February 17
OK, i may be able to help u...depending on what type of computer u have. To save your videos on your computer you can use a Program called Windows Movie Maker... and no longer save them straight to facebook. Thats how I do my videos. That way, u can save them to your computer and then upload them wherever u want. But u need the program or one like it, so u wont have to worry about facebook owning your VV's. You can still post them to facebook, but you'll still have them on your computer...also being able to post them to myspace, facebook, youtube etc...

I have a Mac... have to see about this movie maker thing!!! Thank you so much! Anyone know a compatible program in case I don't have it?
Elaysha Childs at 2:02pm February 17
maybe you can use youtube...?
Mia Piper at 2:11pm February 17
Ahhh Macs...lol well.. i can only suggest to search for a similar program on your Mac that will allow u to save to your computer, but to also stop recording them on facebook.. then to start your own youtube channel. I think you'll like that better.

You can record your videos in iLife via your iSight camera and save them to your hard drive. Then upload them to YouTube. You can then link the YouTube video to Twitter, FB, MySpace, or any other site.

im pretty sure macs come with iMovie. its a movie making program that is actually a lot better and easier to use (i think) than windows movie maker. look it up in your programs and see if you have it. if you do call me dd and i'll tell u how to use it. if not, call me anyway and i'll tell u wat else u can do. either way tho i think if u upload it on here, facebook will own it. like Elaysha said, you should probably just use youtube. I'm pretty sure they do NOT have ownership of the things people put there, but i'll look it up just in case.

I didn't even read what eric said before, but he's right. you can do that too, iMovie has a bunch of editing options you can use but I don't think you'll need them, if you do lemme kno.
Kyle Sherwood at 5:51pm February 17
goon.
Kyle Sherwood at 5:52pm February 17
hahahaha and u dont need to tag the ppl u want to see it, all ur friends can see it anyway u goon hahaha
Vetta Sherwood at 6:19pm February 17
lol- I figured that out today!

But I tried iMovie yesterday and I'm not sure how to save the video s a whole b/c it automatically turns into thumbnails and wants me to edit. Yes call me in the morning. I love you Kyle!

Once you record them into iMovie...you must click at the top it says Share..then click Quicktime...then click Compress Movie for Web Streaming. That Way...you have a copy of the video on your computer...then you can just upload the video onto facebook that way....I have a mac too and that's how I upload stuff onto youtube. That way..I can always save them to a DVD, Portable Hard Drive or something...That's the best way to do it V!

Oh...also...I have an idea oh how to get the videos you already have uploaded onto Facebook...But it'll take a while...I'll show you when I'm done working my magic...lol.
