Hey VV..lol! love it!..love the vlogs!..i wanted to ask because You mentioned that you are a spiritual person on your journey and i am as well..esp. this year .. i feel i am really diving deeper into who i am as a spiritual being.. i have been going to Agape..do you go there? i love to read, journal and meditate as well ..it def helps in this crazy world/town and i picked up Michael Beckwith's book "Spiritual Liberation" I love it!..just curious if you went there..it def helps to be around "like minded" POSITIVE people on ur path...

also wanted to comment on friends and men paying for things..i def think the man should pay if he asks you on a date..MOST DEF!..and as far as friends..we do split the bill mostly but there are also times when i kno i had a good paycheck come in and i will "treat" just as sometimes my friends will treat if they can..i think it should be a give and take with friends..you know they got you and you got them..thats how i look at it..anyway keep the vlogs coming mama..sending much love ur way! xoxo Heidi Marie~

V, I think the vlog is cool to express and get the stuff off of your chest and heart, but if you're doing this on the regular may I suggest doing them in smaller chunks? Maybe 5 min, because some of us get several blogs to check out. 10 min is a lot of time, especially when they add up. Just a suggestion.

I'm right with you on the DV. It should never happen and I don't understand the moment that they snap and decide to put their hands on a woman. I joke about it from time to time but it is real serious.
